Distant no bedside manner

Doctor Wenz is wonderful I only wish she had more locations cloer to Mentor and the only negative is when I call for an appointment I am on hold anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes before they will talk with me. I even called one day and was asked to call back another day because they were so busy. It seems staffing is an issue and for this I may have to go elsewhere. I have been with her 2 years now but the 45 minute drive and the answering service I really really hate.

I was a new patient to see Dr. Wentz and I was very pleased that she wanted to introduce herself and talk about my medical history before she did her examination. She was very thorough and understanding with all the questions and made me feel comfortable. I have since been back to see Dr. Wentz and she is still just as thorough as my first visit and still witout a long wait time. In and out, I was very pleased.
