Dr. Margot A Crossley, MD

I cannot stress enough - do not go to this doctor if dislike waiting around for hours at a time. She constantly has a "reason' why she's running behind and it's just plain rude. My sick kid waiting forever to be seen might as well have gone to the pediatric ER at Penrose....it would have been quicker!

Dr. Crossly takes time to know her patients and educate parents.

Dr. Crossley kept telling us how sick our daughter was and treating for all these things we didn't understand. We sought a second opinion. The second opinion took our daughter off all medications and showed us that she was never sick to begin with. We allowed Dr. Crossley to convince us our healthy child was sick. We knew Crossley wasn't board certified but we were impressed with reviews we heard when we moved here... worst mistake we could have made putting our three year old through that.

Dr. Margot Crossley is the best doctor I have met she goes above and beyond for my children no matter what if my baby needs extra time she will do that no matter what she is the best pediatrician no matter u have private insurance or stat she does not care because she is just about our babies and for that we can not thank her enogh

Dr. Crossley is the best pediatrician we have known in over 30 years and 8 children. She genuinely loves children and spends the time needed to properly diagnose problems and then to explain those problems and resolutions to parents. If you want this kind of service, EXPECT TO WAIT! The wait will be worth it...but, EXPECT TO WAIT! Great quality in medicine requires time and a doctor can't predict how long patients before you will take to treat. I would wait half the day for Dr. Crossley to see my children. I have complete faith in her to resolve my children's health issues. If you don't want to wait for the best care for your children, then please go to a different doctor and leave Dr. Crossley for those of us that truly appreciate superb medical care.

the wait is long to see the dr but she takes the time to answer all the questions and doesn't try to rush you out the door so the wait is worth it. She can't take the time and rush everyone through so you don't have to wait. She is good at what she does and is very caring.

Dr Crossley is a very sweet and knowledgeable pediatrician. With that said I have waited for over 2 hrs to be seen, they never return a call, you'll never get test results and the MA's like to give medical advice. Shes wonderful, if you can get through all the barriers to actually speak to her.
