My dad has a complicated set of medical problems, and Dr. Geffroy took the time to carefully explain her thoughts to us.

One of the worst doctors' experience. She doesn't care about her patients at all. She has zero follow-through. The entire experience was us chasing her to get anything done. She repeats herself and doesn't understand basic human interaction. I question how she is still practicing. Please find another doctor. Something needs to change with this office and this doctors approach for the sake of the patients.

This doctor had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Rushed through her explanation with lightening speed using medical terminology I didn't understand, even though I have some medical background. Clearly resented any questions I asked--brushed them off as if I hadn't asked them and never did answer them. When I went for my follow-up EMG, I brought my close friend who was an ER doc. I introduced him as Dr... She didn't care and treated me the same. He was appalled. I'll never go back to her.

Very rude bedside manner. Was 40 minutes late to the appt. I will be getting a second opinion and never going back. Do not see her.
