duled an appt. for my son. Missed the appt., because I had several appts for my son this week trying to get him taken care of because he was recently diagnose with something that needs attention right away. I received a message stating I missed his appt. yesterday (I thought his appt. was today) the receptionist had a snotty attitude and said he wouldn’t be allowed to schedule an appt at there clinic ever because he missed his initial appt. I even explain the mixed up on my end, but she continued to be rude on the phone. Their message that was sent to my phone stating my son missed his appt. and he needs to reschedule because his health is important to them (the clinic). Lol. LIE!! She great with kids

I have been taking my children to East Valley Pediatrics for 3 years now. We met Dr Keane approximately 2 years ago. I really like Dr Keane. She is kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about pediatric medicine. I recently decided to find a new pediatrician due to the office staff and wait times. The receptionists up front are always short and rude, especially if you ask about the wait time. Personally I believe if I've been sitting in your waiting room for over 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, you should be apologetic and try to at least find out how much longer the wait will be. Instead the receptionist actually replied to me with much attitude saying "I don't know what is going on back there". This is just one of many times she has been rude to me. I've also had problems with the staff on the phone --one girl tried to tell me a CT scan and a X-ray were the same thing. My last annoyance with the office staff is that when I decided to change to a new Dr they wanted to… charge me $40 for medical records. Seriously? Their system is completely online, no way it costs them $40 to hit print. Personally I think Dr Keane is great, but not worth dealing with the office staff.

She is very friendly, kind, quick but also answers questions well. The office scheduling works well. They can work us in on the same day when there are small emergencies.
