Awesome . She listens cares and provides best professional advice

Ms. Osamba kept me in the loop of decision making while she provided caring sound medical advice pertinent for my situation. My reluctance stems from all the negative publicity of the health care I relation to patients who have had negative outcomes going forward. She was sensitive to my preferences to do less than more (which might have ended up being too much for me). She gently and kindly put her cards on the table all the while assuring me that it was my decision. Then ever so sweetly she did a few more in room tests, expressed her concerns about leaky valves, et.al. And I went from no electro cardiogram to one and a visit to a cardiologist. When people try too hard and push you, the normal response is one of digging in your heels. Not once was I pushed . Concern and gentle genuine kindness won out!
