Dr. Marguerite Conrad Roach, MD

I understand why some of these reviews point out the lack of people skills of the support staff - honestly, a little training would go a long way in that department. Dr. Roach, on the other hand, is terrific. I'm not sure where some of these reviews come from - she is very caring and attentive. Impossible to imagine her ignoring anyone - not her style. I waited for a number of years to get on her new patient list b/c she is in high demand in this area. If you are a woman post 35, she will get you, and your issues!

I have been seeing Dr. Roach for 5 years. She is a very caring Doctor, always listens to my concerns and suggests a plan of action to resolve any issues I have. She always calls with a follow up on my tests performed.

Doctor is innacurate in diagnosing very obvious problems, inattentive as she is busy entering information on laptop,overscheduled so there is always a long wait. The referral process is a mess and the referral circle very very "iffy".The office staff is extremely rude. The general sense is that the patient is an irritation or a burden. Many of the specialists in Dr.Roache's referral network are also disinterested at best. They do not follow-up or give any kind of support for preventing further injury, the care is generic at best.

I had to bring my 3 year old son with me to the appointment because I could not find someone who could take care of him that day. She totally ignored him. She did not even say hello to him. That brought me into a very uncomfortable position.Her accuracy in diagnosing was good but she did not spend much time with me and she did not seem to have much interest in me.
