spent 15 minutes on hold and finally hung up.

She took time to examine me and explained every thing.

I refer everyone I know to Dr. Al-Basha whether it's for skin checks, mole removal, Botox or laser treatments. She's the best!

I was very dissapointed with the examination process. She was with me for 2 minutes..not even examined my skin at all. I felt like l was pushed away. How could she make a diagnosis without examining her patients? I would never go back to this office.

They are changing office staff so this should help her office immensely

Went in for a skin rash containing blisters.....waited in chairs for awhile then went into room....waited again....she examined me and said I needed a biopsy of skin....went to another room.....another person performed the biopsy and stitched me up and gave me a prescription for a cream.....WHICH DID NOTHING...week later get a bill for over 1000.00, insurance covered only 600.00......so needless to say....I went through all that and a big fat bill to boot and will have to go see another dermatologist who knows what they are doing.........Upset!!

Dr. Al-Basha was the third dermatologist I went to for my hair loss and until that point each dermatologist I saw said that hair loss was natural as you got older and that basically I should get over it...but it's terrifying to lose your hair! Dr. Al-Basha was so sensitive to this and reassured me that she was going to do everything she could to help me. She did blood work, gave me nutritional counseling and pointed me to a really potent biotin complex vitamin. Turns out that my bloodwork showed my thyroid was a bit low and my iron could have been higher. So thanks to her I may not get my high school hair back but at least I have prevented much of the crazy shedding.

Went in to have her look at a "mole" on the face. She took it off with liquid nitrogen and it took weeks to heal. Left a worse mark than having the "mole" which I'm not sure was actually a mole. Went back to have her look at it and she said she didn't get it all and wanted to cut it out. Wouldn't let her do it. Another derm said she should never have taken it off in the first place with liquid nitrogen. Now have a permanent scar.

Went in for a "mole check". Waited a long time. She made a cursory check only of exposed areas until I requested she check my back. She used liquid nitrogen on a skin tag which over the next week turned black and then became infected without falling off. Went to my family doctor who said it should have been snipped off.
