This place is a scam! They fraudulently charged my insurance for a year's supply of contacts that I never agreed to. Additionally, they insisted that for my reading and distance vision needs, I could only choose bifocals or would have to purchase two separate pairs of glasses. However, upon contacting my insurance provider, I learned that I am entitled to one pair of glasses per year with coverage for any type of lenses, including progressive lenses.When I attempted to cancel the order, I was informed that the doctor had suddenly left the office, despite having seen them just 10 minutes prior. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They clearly attempt to deceive customers, especially based on demographic factors and were extremely rude and passive aggressive with their interaction with me. This was a very humiliating experience that I have ever been through. If I could give them a zero star I would.
