Delayed mammogram for lump in wifes breast 2 months, After 3 months diagnosed with aggressive Stage 2 cancer. Poor patient care, borders on negligence. Hasn't even followed up to see how wife is doing

The nurses, clerks, and other administrative personnel have told us time and time again for years - Dr. Termulo has too many patients that it is nearly impossible to be seen at a reasonable time frame to see Dr. Termulo. Twice had my mother went to the emergency room, only to be instructed that she needed to make an appointment to see her primary doctor ASAP. And when trying to make an appointment - being told from her nurse that she doesn’t have any openings until a week and a half later?? It is not right for her to be accepting new patients at all if her current patients can’t see her within a reasonable timeframe. Also, enough with the antibiotic prescriptions!! - she’s prescribed way too many antibiotics for my mom for years - the most recent diagnosis being for allergies??!! Again, it’s like her go to - prescribe antibiotics- when trying to get through all her patients for the day in which she has no time to take care of and carefully diagnose.

I just had my initial check up with Dr. Termulo and was impressed with her willingness to take the time to explain my medication and future strategies to control my condition. She is very personable and caring. I am glad to have chosen her as my Physician.

Dr. Termulo is the best physician I have had. She takes the time to answer any questions I have and provides solutions to any physical needs that may come up. I can't recommend her enough.
