Doctors don't get enough thanks for all they do to keep us healthy and to keep our bodies moving. This office is full of people who care from Dr. C to Retta to the office staff. Each and everyone have been amazing. I have been a patience there for over 6 years, as has my husband, daughter and mother.

Be prepared to go broke and be treated like a drug addict even if you are not. Practice codes labs so they are not paid by your insurance. Terrible all the way around

After my first appointment I am not impressed. I told them I was a new patient and they gave me forms to fill out relating to insurance and billing; oddly enough, there was no family history form or questions about previous doctors offices. I thought this a bit odd at the time but thought perhaps they would give these to me after I filled out the billing information. They never did. So, I went into this exam room to speak to a doctor who had no idea about my family history, and apparently no intent of contacting my previous physician for any medical records. She never asked about family history either. She cut me off short often, and gave me the over all feeling that she felt I was ill-educated and a hypochondriac. I doubt if she actually heard half of what I said. However, she did order a rather large battery of blood tests and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I will keep my next appointment and wait to form a solid opinion of her office and her ability to listen to her patients until… afterward. My initial experience was not encouraging.

She is a warm dedicated doctor .She Really listen and treats accordingly. I have highly recommended to several people! And will continue to!

I was forced to see this doctor during a recent hospital stay. She ordered useless and expensive tests. My family inquired about my care and well being and she spoke to them as if they were no better than an animal. She seemed to care more about her appearance than the care of her patients. This doctor needs to understand the value of the lives she holds in her hands. We are parents, children, employees and friends. We have lives and health which are important to us and we trust the person who cares for us will fully understand what is expected of her. Ms. Concepcion, shamefully, does not.

As a basic family doctor, she is fine. But if you have any kind of specialized issues, it is in your best interest to go to a specialist. Doctors need to know their limitations of knowledge and expertise. If a doctor doesn't refer you out and tries to handle everything him/herself, then you are not getting the best or most accurate care.
