She said that I'm too young for mammogram (38y.o.) this is the main red flag, ladies. I'm new to the area and the difference between the treatment I got here and in our previous place is huge. No reminders about the appointment, no follow up after the lab results arrived. She simply did not care about me. My husband (white middleaged american) got better treatment - he received a follow up and a reminder and she was attentive, not dismissive. We are not coming back.

Very nice doctor but have had too many appointments cancelled, she not really on time so don't expect to be seen at the time of your appointment. The only receptionist that is nice, friendly and has customer service mannners/skills is Dalynn; she is so very nice. When I call I always try to ask to speak with her. The nurse is very nice, although she is busy she always has a pleasant attitude. It is horrible calling into the office b/c you are on hold for 20 min but it seems like an hour.
