I would have left zero stars but that is not an option. I am a physician and my mother was this “doctor’s” patient. She is a disgrace to our profession. My mother was hospitalized with a stroke and was discharged home with multiple follow up appointments with specialists that saw her during the hospitalization. She refused to provide the necessary referrals because she claimed that my mother’s insurance only allowed for five referrals per month. This was false and there was no limit as per her insurance plan. My mother has a complicated medical history and not everything with her stroke was straightforward and she NEEDS further follow up with the specialists: especially the neurologist but this “doctor” felt my mother was “fine” and needed no further follow up. If you have any complicated medical issues, please seek medical attention elsewhere. My mother had to find another primary care doctor.
