I could do without endless ad if that was not asked for, most of which is already common sense. She is friendly and knowledgeable, but the constant public awareness talk that lasts almost the entire visit is annoying in the extreme. Over the years, the fnt desk staff is consistently rude, or unfriendly, which is either a function of poor policies and training, or the lousy local labor market.

I have worked in healthcare, have taken my children to a few other pediatricians before finding her and therefore can say with confidence that Dr. Leonard is the best physician I have ever encountered. From her bedside manner to her diagnostic abilities, she is an incredible find. She knows your child, not just their chart. She knows their interests, their concerns, how they operate and any ongoing issues. She takes as much time as you need to talk about your child, your concerns, your questions and treatment options. She allows alternative vaccination schedules and balances alternative treatment/supplements (vitamins, herbs, dietary changes) with traditional treatment methods (antibiotics and testing). Since she and another physician moved to the west side of Erie, the office staff rating has improved. Her nurse is extremely competent, pleasant and is a perfect complement to Dr. Leonard. I have recommended her to families and will continue to do so. She is a rare find!
