Dr. Maria Jacklin Janecek, DO

She’s judgmental, uninterested in helping people. What she does is to compare a parent’s child-rearing practice against her very rigid criteria and scolds people if they deviate from her standards. She doesn’t respect people or care to understand patient’s perspective. She doesn’t work with people but insists her way onto people. Be careful when you work with this practice. You’ll get her unless you explicitly requested not to. Other doctors at her practice are great.

For a first visit with a new pediatrician, you’d think Dr Janecek didn’t like kids. Didn’t even acknowledge them when she walked in. It was as though they weren’t even in the room. Whole visit was hurried. Didn’t listen to my concerns or offer helpful advice. Was dismissive of past history and uninterested in establishing patient or parent rapport. Will give the other doctors in the practice a go and see but not this doctor.

Dr. Janecek is an excellent and caring physician. She is very thorough, gentle and is amazing with children. She takes a vested interest in her patients and very clearly cares about them and their wellbeing. I am so grateful to have her looking after my children.

Not impressed with her bed side manner. If we ever call the office again and she is the only one we would rather pay the higher copay and go to the ER. I would not recommend seeing her and we won't again.

I've been at this practice for 5 years and love all the doctors but Dr. jenecek. She always makes me feel uncomfortable, and make me feel like she truly has no idea how to treat people. I brought my son in for a sever cough, he had a coughing fit in the office with her and she turned to me and asked if I thought that it was a wet cough. She can be very rude and that her time is being wasted by a concerned mother. I will never see her again.

I recently saw this doctor for the first time in this practice. Her demeanor does not make you feel confident in her or her diagnosis. In fact, quite the opposite. She seem quite unsure of herself and I felt very frightened that I was placing the care of my child in her hands. Her demeaned was that of a 21 year old. I will never see this doctor again. She reflects poorly on her practice.
