Great care, very efficient, compassionate and takes her time carefully evaluating your care.

I have been seeing Dr Maria Lopez for a long time...almost twenty years. I have found her to be a concerned physician, thorough , and competent. If there are questions, she answers and explains so as to understand. I haven’t any problems with appts or refills.....let me mention one important issue...she listens. Yes i’m Very satisfied.

My mother has been going to this “Dr” and I use the word losely for small things like having a cold or refills on her meds but she recently was sick and was hospitalized, no compassion no bedside manner !!! Didn’t even ask her how she was feeling . I wouldn’t recommend my neighbors dead dog to this nasty dirty unprofessional office . Please stay far away!!! And she does not have any credentials at any Hospitals!!!!!!!

Very thorough; listens to your concerns; discuss what symptoms could means and proceed accordingly.

It is a shame that Dr. Lopez doesn't take responsibility for her staff's customer service lack of skills. They are rude, they rush you over the conversation making you feel like a nuisance...not compassionate at all...makes me wonder: do they really care? if the answer is no, they should go to a different line of business...PEOPLE'S LIFES ARE IN YOUR HANDS!!!!

This Dr went from been one of the best Dr I had ever meet, whit a great group to support her office, from the realy nice front desk girl that used to wait for u with a smile to the lady that always had all the medication and everything else ready.... but this was back in 2010.. now shehas the wrong people in the office never has appointments, never in the office and when she get to see you is an hour late and with the worse attitude ever... people like her are the ones that just say anything to get you out of her way.

I see Dr Lopez in her new office on the campus of Palmswest hospital. Seervice and wait are exceptional. I have received excellent care since 1998

Nothing works by it self and that's what happens to this dr. After 5 years of been a patient now I have to leave the practice, she move to a new location with new staff that like the say in the last commend they are worthless people. They should not be in this type of work if they don't know how to help. I went from the nice manager ( I think it was Donna) and great loving girl ( Stephanie) and dr right hand (Rhonda) to this nasty new people that dont help and make her look really bad. I don't know if the dr read this but I'm not the only patient of yours that complains about the way this people talk, and make us wait in the phone for up to 18 just to leave a voice mail. It sad to see that you could be the perfect dr but we leave you because your staff.

I had been with this dr for a few years not she is good, not to much of a talking person but she really knows her doctor things!!! Recently she had moved to loxahatchee which I don't thing was good!! All the new staff is nasty no matter what so ever, no cense of help, they don't want to do their job and is like there do you a favor when they give you and appt... Before it was better because you had the dr been serious, and that was it!! Now is like no help from the staff and hours of wait!!! From bad to worse... Before it was kind of a I could deal with it!! Because they had that really nice lady in the front who was willing to help at any time always do nice and with her big smile, also the lady that check you before the dr does with her good cense of humor, now there is nothing,
