It was wonderful to have a Dr. finally explain to me why I had started to feel so different following menopause! The thorough blood tests she had done revealed several deficiencies that needed to be corrected. She spent time explaining in a way that I could understand and she was very encouraging. I left her office hopeful that I would recapture my health and vitality, and I am!

Dr. Mercedes was highly recommended by a friend. I read these reviews and made my appointment cautiously. I was pleasantly surprised by her staff, I was given full information over the phone, something NOBODY does, they are very professional and gave me an appointment at my earliest convenience. Amazingly I was taken care of right away, no waiting time...the office was full, yet everyone was very efficient. Several patients openly made comments as to how happy they were, they spoke of the positive impact that Dr. Mercedes and her prevention therapies made in keeping them healthy, full of energy and attractive. As a patient there is nothing more positive and reassuring than to sit in a waiting room full of happy people. Dr. Mercedes was very accurate in assessing my needs, she has wonderful bedside manners. Her knowledge is impressive and her elegant, gentle and patient way of communicating very complex issues really impressed me. She gave me more attention and information than… any other physician I have ever seen. Every one of my questions were answered with every detail in mind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Mercedes and her staff!! I look forward to getting healthy with her care.

I would never recommend this doctor. The only thing I got for my huge amount of money was a bruised swollen face which lasted for over three weeks. After the swelling was gone my lips and face looked exactly the same prior to spending all that money. What a rip off, instead just throw your money out your window! You would be a lot happier. This is the truth please do not get ripped off as I did. Stay away from this so called doctor.

One of Dr. Mercedes claim to fame is creating permanent beautiful lips. This is done by injecting Silikon 1000 into the lips. As soon as the swelling subsided it was evident that the results were unsatisfactory. Returning to see Dr. Mercedes I was told to massage the lips to help the Silikon 1000 gravitate evenly through the lips and return in 6 months. To compound matters, she gave me instructions to have blood work done to check my hormone levels. After reviewing my result, she claimed that I was aging at the rate of someone over 100 yrs old and needed hormone replacement therapy. The fear tactic worked and I agreed to have the "pellets" inserted in the butt. Within a week I was having major female problems and went to my GYN who reviewed the blood work results previously seen by Dr. Mercedes and he instructed me to stop and not return to her, he kept copies and asked my permission to show the paperwork to other physicians. Her misdiagnosis was now perceived to be merely to… generate income, not to help me. As for the lips, I am seeing a plastic surgeon to attempt to correct her gross error.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mercedes for almost 5 years. Although she is always busy, the office staff always finds a way to schedule me an appointment. I usually see Dr. Mercedes for health issues, as she is a very good family doctor. My favorite part about seeing her is that she always knows when I need a hug!

BUYER BEWARE!! If you are looking into the HCG weight loss program...DON'T!! It sounds great until you start and find out it does not work as well as claimed. But by that time it is too late! They already have your $750 no matter if you do the diet for 1 day or the entire time! When you tell them the diet is not working they make you feel like it is all your fault and are rude and condesending to you. It is like the Bermuda Triangle...they will not let you out! Rest assured...they will tell you they will "work with you" on a payment schedule and then when you decide it is not the diet for you they hit you with the full amount WITHOUT your consent!! If this practice was doing well they would not have to resort to underhanded tactics by shamefully charging for services NOT rendered! Seriously...$750 for being on a diet for 1 week?? That is what they will tell you it costs no matter what!! THEY ARE CROOKS!! Save yourself the frustration AND money and go elsewhere!!

Made wrong diagnosis. Took money up front for procedures not performed

I went to see this Doctor with minor problems and was told that I was going to die. My wife was also misdiagnosed in the same gross manor. It is standard practice for this CROOK to tell you the wrong stuff to scare you into coming back to take more money from you and your insurance company. She is also not board certified. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
