The worst experience at a doctor’s office! My appointment was at 10:00AM. I arrived at 10:05AM, and the receptionist told me that I needed to reschedule, because I needed 15 minutes to fill my record questionnaire. I replied that I had completed it last night, had uploaded it and even paid already through the zocdoc app. She then asked me if I had printed my report and had hard copies. What is the point of using the app then?????. She then told me to come back at 11:30AM (“when the doctor has finished seeing her morning patients”). Long story short, I returned at 11:10AM and she says: “oh! I didn’t think you were coming back” and that if I could then reschedule for another day. Can I reschedule for another day??!! I lost my morning with this unreliable staff. This time I am not returning…believe me! I am here not rating the doctor, because after all, I never saw her. I just think it is an extremely irresponsible way of conducting business and wasting everybody’s time! 0 stars out of… 5!!

My experience with her was cold and dehumanizing. it was so off putting that I asked for another doctor and requested never to be seen by her. I wouldn't trust someone with my health who the kind of attitude she displayed towards me.

i have been seeing her for over 5 years, she delivered my son! She an amazing OBGYN.

She was great when it came to OB care. After the birth, I have not been pleased. I have fertility issues and used IVF for both of my pregnancies. She convinced me that an IUD would be the best for my hormonal balance. I voiced that I was not done having children. After getting other opinions after the insertion, they have been floored that an IUD would even be offered. I recently received a call Thursday that I was due for my annual. Then on Saturday, I receive a letter in the mail that they have been unable to contact me for my abnormal lab results that were taken 1 year ago, which could result in serious medical complications. I follow up on Monday... I had an abnormal pap 1 year ago and just now notified. Very unprofessional, I had no change in address or phone number.

She is totally worth the wait, sure the first visit takes long, especially after all the paperwork and video to watch, but once you are in the room it isn't long and even if she has patients waiting, she does not rush and you are treated like you are the only patient in the world and she listens very attentively and truly cares. She has a great bedside manner as well, she delivered my first child and made it a wonderful experience. I look forward to many years of having her as my doctor and trust her 100%.

After waiting an hour and half for our appt with my first child, my husband and I then waited about 15 minutes in the actual room. She didn't ask any questions regarding my pregnancy or have any bedside manner. It would be nice to have a nice, personable doctor who at least ACTED like they cared... She isn't it.
