Dr. Maria Encarnacio Romero, MD

The first time i’ve ever gone to this office I had waited an hour to be seen. The nurse Kim is so sweet but Dr Romero focuses more on weight than any other problem. It makes me feel worse about myself when there are other issues to be solved.

They are very non compliant with HIPPA and when In fact I confronted the Dr and asked for grounds to be taken she blew it off and ignored my emails, texts and calls regarding the matter. Nothing like hearing your medical information from someone that’s not your doctor or staff. I’m sure I’m not the first one and I won’t be the last I wouldn’t trust Dr. Romero or her staff.

Wait time is always at least an hour. Have gone in more than once for chronic injuries and was simply prescribed ibuprofen without being referred to a physical therapist. Doesn't listen. Nurse was great, phone staff is rude.

She sent my prescription to my pharmacy, and then lied to me that it was not manufactured more. She did not replace it with anything. I double checked and found out, that it was my pharmacy, that ran out of it, but I could get it at any other place. This story took me two months, though I needed to take these tablets every day. I called her office and begged to do anything, and she never returned my calls. I agree with other patients, it takes forever to wait for her. I complained, and she said: enroll at 8:30, be the first patient, so you will not wait. During all my visits she ONLY spoke about her beauty and what she does for it. When she prescribed to me the WRONG drug after over a months of my requests, I called her office and her assistant barked at me - you are not a doctor, and you do not know, what is right, but if you think, that you know, then heal yourself by yourself. I was astonished and asked her to repeat what she said, and this assistant, her name is "Tony", just… hang up the phone. Disgusting place with horrible personnel!

My Favorite Dr with out a doubt she saved my life.

She is very nice but to get in to see her takes forever you sit and wait for at least an hour every time.

Dr Maria Romero is the best physician I've ever had, and I'm 58 years old and lived all over the United States. She is a gem!

I went to Dr Romero for my elderly father who is hard of hearing. She is exceptional in dealing with him and sharing information with me to help him. More doctors should be so open and willing to do what they can.
