This doctor treats their staff horribly.

I've only met the top half of her face since she wears a mask. I am rushed through my appointment. I do not feel heard and my diagnosis established in my medical record is being RECREATED in her records after having had to transfer to her through a downgraded health plan after (early)retirement. In my records I have Osteoarthritis and Spondylolisthesis which I asked for Referral to an ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALIST for continuity of Care. She listed that I was "in pain" (very generalized) and sent me for some therapy sessions neither Therapist understood what was going on with me because this PCP DID NOT "Chart it" and Does NOT seem to be interested in sending for all my past records. I am needing an ORTHOPEDIC to follow these issues-- she is NOT an ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALIST and has no rights to LIMIT me to only a Therapist when she has no clue what's going on with Nerves & Tendons !!! I also find the "bedside manner" a bit disturbing, it's very nonchalant, total opposite of a prior multi… language experienced Professional female Doctor I saw in another part of Illinois where I once resided and whom unfortunately had retired her practice. I am not sure if this Provider is just "cold" in personality and wrapped up (still) in book- mode? Or she is actually interested in tying a person's HISTORY plus current complaints to real potential issues that she (alone) cannot conclude? Or if she has an issue with Melaninated or people like myself. But what I do know and understand having been a retiree 24 years in Medical Back-office work and having Medical People in my own family ( Doctors in other practices) is that I know HOW I SHOULD BE treated as a Patient ......and I'm not getting ANY of it from this Provider. I also know I am able to complain up the latter and plan to do so if she doesn't DO HER JOB AND ABIDE BY THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH
