Dr. Silva Chuecos addressed my issues thoroughly, was very caring and didn’t rush. She has a fantastic bedside manner.

I'm a male in my early 50's and this is the first time I actually enjoyed a doctor visit. Dr. Silva was able to answer all my questions and addressed an issue my last doctor failed to even acknowledge. If you want a Doctor that listens to your concerns, is able to find solutions for your needs, shows a high level of compassion and professionalism, this is the Doc to see. Also, Jennifer the LPN was as good as they get. For sure will be returning in the future. Rob

I have been a patient of this practice since they were located in a tiny office behind an auto parts store on Route 111. Dr. Silva presents as a well-informed, skilled practitioner who is also down-to-earth and easy to talk to, with an excellent bedside manner. She is exceptionally responsive to test results, phone calls, and even messages through Yale's MyChart service. I could not be happier with her care and treatment.

I have waited an hour and 45 minute to be seen as well as the fact I continually have to follow up on the doctor putting in my script which is required to be submitted to the pharmacy by computer. Every month, I call with advanced noticed and every month, I have to call again and again bc it never gets done on time. This results in me having to leave work or step out leaving my employer very unhappy and inconvenienced along with myself.
