I would’ve given her five stars, but seeing as there is not a place to rate her staff, my rating stands thus. Dr. Zuses herself is a lovely doctor, great listener, very concerned about my overall health. She asked all the right questions, but let me lead the conversation about my own health. However, the office staff is atrocious. There is only one receptionist on duty for each doctor at a time, so checking in and out takes forever. The receptionist was on the phone when I arrived and there was no sign in sheet or any way to let the staff know I had arrived for my appointment. I waited a few minutes, and the receptionist finally asked another receptionist to check me in, which was what she should have done in the first place, but she acted like it was a huge effort just to ASK that person to do her job. When I finished my appointment, I was unable to make a follow up appointment because every single receptionist was on the phone. This is an utterly efficient system that causes patients… to potentially be late to their appointments (I did show up 20 minutes before my appointment time), and I don’t have time to wait an unspecified amount of time to make a simple follow up appointment. This office needs a sign in sheet.
