Dr. Ammar Dhari, MD

I was a medical student at Texas Tech and rotated through OBGYN with Dr. Dhari. He was one of the BEST doctors that I have worked with, and one of the best OBGYN. He was smart, had a lot of experience, personable, a straight shooter, and most importantly, he cared and you can tell that he was passionate about his job! When I was pregnant, I made sure that I use Dr. Dhari to manage my high risk pregnancy. It was the first time that I worked with a male OBGYN, but he was the best OBGYN that I have had. He made me feel comfortable about my pregnancy and delivery, and when he walked into the delivery room to deliver my baby, all of my anxiety were gone, because Dr. Dhari knew what he was doing. Everyone at Tech knows that he is one of the best and I am happy that he is now serving patients in the Houston area at Baylor! The medical community is blessed to have such a great doctor and teacher to pass on his skills and passion to the next generation of doctors!

Positive experience throughout my pregnancy and high risk delivery. Great bedside manners, he listened to our concerns. He kept us informed and at easy about our high risk delivery. I would not have trusted any other OBGYN to delivery my baby girl. My husband and myself are both nurses and we loved the care he provided!

I am expecting my first child in November. I originally had a different doctor who moved. I didn't really have much choice but to switch to Dr. Dhari since he was from the same medical office and I could not financially afford to begin paying all over again. I was anxious at first since I have only had female physicians but he has been wonderful. He actually turned out to be the best doctor I have ever had. He takes my concerns very seriously. He is encouraging and has wonderful bedside manner. I could not recommend him enough. I am grateful I ended up having to switch!
