Literally hours. This is beyond ridiculous.

i have been trying to find a new doctor for my 10 month old daughter and i needed to find one fast i called every one and ended with this office i was suppost to have been given an appointment for a sick visit and the lady i talked to never made the appointment i sat in the office an hr before they told me this and they told me the lady said i was to see the doctor she normally sees but i talked to her on and off all day. i just believe this was a very irresponsible and just plain annoying and a waist of gas and time for their screw up not mine. my daughter with a double ear infection for a follow up from the hospital was never seen
