Excellent technically. Terrible personally. Doesn’t answer questions. Talks down to you. Her office staff is obviously afraid of her.

I’m on my 5th visit and the office is always a disaster. Not once in my visits have I ever not waited 30 minutes in the front then 30 minutes in a room. The dr. Is always double or triple booked with multiple appointments at the same time. No one in the office have a clue about anything - as far as Langan is concerned - nothig bad to say or Great. Displeased that she has no clue I’ve been here a few times to see her and simply tries to catch up on who I am by reading file on me as I answer questions.

Dr Langan is kind caring and very knowledgeable. She takes time to explain your condition and treatment options.

Dr. Langan conducted an impromptu consultation in the waiting room of a NY hospital. I never asked to see her. She had no appointment with me. She just appeared and talked to me. A bill was submitted for $400. Unorthodox. A clear HIPAA violation. I do not trust this person at all

Dr. Langan cares about her patients -- and if there is a wait time in her office, it's because she doesn't rush anyone out before they have had the time with her that they need. She is the kind of doctor who calls (evenings, weekends) to follow up and see how things are going. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Langan is wonderful. She knows what she's doing and she really cares about her patients.
