Marie Reilly, MD

Dr. Marie Reilly, MD, is an attending physician in the Division of Developmental Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and an instructor of pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. Board certified in both pediatrics and developmental-behavioral pediatrics, she specializes in caring for children with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other developmental and behavioral conditions. Dr. Reilly earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed her pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital, followed by fellowship training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital. She is known for her compassionate, family-centered approach and dedication to helping children with developmental differences reach their full potential through comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
