I was a client of Dr. Righetti at Marod Spa. I was seeing her for the tattoo removal of a reminder to a traumatic/abusive event in my life. Dr. Righetti was aware of all this and when I had to leave state due to that same situation, I had money left on my spa account for future laser removal sessions. Dr. Righetti said she understood why I had to leave state and why I could not return and although normally they do not refund balances, in my case she would. That was two conversations ago and now has stopped returning my calls or my emails. We waited over one hour for my young son to be seen. We saw the dr for less than 5 mins, we knew nothing about the surgery she recommended but they were quick to want payment, even though my insurance would cover it. Needless to say we will be using another ENT.
