Dr. Marin Bautista-Rosas, MD

The staff is very rude and not willing to help. I had an issue with their Medical Billing, unfortunately the doctor nor staff was willing to help me to correct the situation. The doctor would not return my phone calls and letters. Also the doctor would not respond to my mail in order prescription plan.

The worst doctor ever!!!!! no wonder he's always moving from office to office!!!

When you see Dr. Bautista be prepared to wait for longer periods of time and be prepared to deal with a sometimes rude staff. HOWEVER, this doctor takes his time to talk to you, make you feel at ease and make sure you understand things. I have had other doctors who have less waiting time and courteous staff but do not care about your well-being and don't bother to talk and explain things to you. If you value time and courteous administrative staff more than a caring doctor then this is not for you. I totally recommend him to anyone who values quality.

This Doctor staff is exceptionaly rude and unkind. The staff over charged my insurance. Please people check your EOB when it arrives!

I will never recommend this doctor to any of my friends and family menbers!!

after being a patient of Dr. Bautista for 15 years, called today for a follow up appointment and I was told I was been fired as a patient. I should of fired him long time ago for the long waiting period of time in each visit to his office. He probably don't even know about it, the person scheduling his appointment was the one that told me he did not accept me as a patient any longer. He is a great doctor, but the staff around him is pitiful, they talk and make jokes about him when he is not around. Whoever made this decision of firing me as a patient, probably did me a favor.

My experience with Dr. Bautista is only positive and friendly. He is someone who will sit you down and make you understand how to take care of your illness and even give you free medical supplies to take home with you. He cares first about preventing a disease and then late how to treat it. His bedside manner is what made me choose him as my doctor.

If you have a few hours to waste then this is your doctor. My appointment was at 4pm. Was not seen until after 6pm. Nurses were not any better. After the doctor left the room I did not know if I had to do anything else to check out, so I walked out and asked one of the nurses, her response to me was "Im sorry, I don't work for Dr. Bautista" . Horrible customer service.

This evaluation is based on years of my husband seeing this doctor. Finally he decided to change physician. Completely unsatisfied with waiting time. Even with an appointment, it took HOURS for the Dr to see him. Referrals to specialists are impossible to get.
