Dr. Marina Joseph Estrin, MD

Office staff incredibly rude

I went in for a physical and to get an update on my cysts on my ovaries and a physical and during that time she made up her own assumptions without listening or even caring to help. She also had the audacity to question my integrity, implying that i was lying about my symptoms, she didn’t believe that the cysts were causing me pain. I just walk out because i was so angry . Also there was no physical and no paperwork even though that was the reason i even went there. She didnt even want to do my pap smear because i was on my period. All women know that doesnt matter.

I have been going to Dr. Estrin for many years. She takes time to listen to you. She follows up with phone calls at home. Very caring and compassionate. So glad I found her.

Her Med Assistant Karen is incompetent and arrogant. The office manager Rita and staff Bonnie along with the receptionist Mary Beth have all been extremely rude to me, raising their voices and snapping at me. When complaining several times to Dr Estrin she has been defensive and obviously has never reprimanded them. FYI I'm a respectable Senior Citizen and a good patient completely undeserving of such treatment!

Nurse Karen is the best nurse ever

Dr Estrin is an excellent physician. I feel very comfortable with her and the accuracy of her diagnostic skills. Not many doctors call you at home after office hours to follow up with a care plan or test result. This has happened on more than one occasion. Dr. Estrin has been my doctor for more than 10 years. Her care and concern for me has never faltered. I would also like to make note that since Mary Beth took over reception duties, the continuum of care is at an all time high. Mary Beth is quick, courteous and thorough. Putting her in this position has made a huge difference. Kudos to Mary Beth and whoever made the decision to put her in reception.

Dr Estrin is kind and that allows me to be candid about my medical issues. I have confidence in her and trust her to take care of me. That is so important.

Dr. Marina Estrin is an exceptional primary care doctor. I would go to no one else. She takes her time with you and understands how to handle all primary care issues. She is also a great GYN. I feel lucky to have Dr. Estrin as my primary care physician.

Marina is very pleasant, and has great bedside manners. But when it comes to diagnosis I have had to get multiple second opinions. She was not always right.
