I had a horrible experience there, please read.. I didn’t get a chance to talk or see Dr.Metelitsin when I requested. Instead I had to deal with someone named Katia, who I believe is the director of this place. She was extremely rude and pushy. Tried to sell me all types of procedures I did not need. And when I said I had gotten an overdose of Botox in the past and just needed a little bit in between my eyes and had complications, her response was “there’s never Too much Botox and that all the other places I’ve been to DONT know what they are doing”. She continued to try to sell me all types of other procedures they offer without me asking for them. And when I declined, she said “what do you do for work!? Do you like how you look on zoom?” Very rude and unprofessional!!!! She’s not even a medically trained person. Then When I called a week later asking for a slight correction to my left side with the right (because it looked uneven)- she said it’s normal for my face being non… symmetrical and if I want to pay more money - welcome to pay. When I requested to speak to the doctor - she said FU and hang up the phone. I was shocked! Such an Unprofessional place. I don’t really care for Katia’s response and what she said to me. Please stay away from their office. Horrible!!!! Thank you for your time.

The only medispa you'll get both 5 star service and results. You will feel so comfortable knowing you are in great hands after consulting with Dr.M. Kathy is so welcoming and helpful (also a pro at IPL) I highly recommend this place and can't wait to book my next service!!

I've been a loyal customer for a while, and every time Dr.Marina and Kathy manage to exceed expectations. Post laser treatment my skin is clear and luminous - sun damage, visible pores nearly disappeared. And the density is unbelievable - this 1-2 hour process with brief down time is comparable to surgical face lift! Did not expect it could make such a difference. Highly, HIGHLY recommend to try - this treatment is truly magical!

I am a returning customer, had a pleasure of receiving numerous services. Every time results are nothing short of spectacular. My last experience was dual laser - photo and then tightening. I expected improvement of the skin tone - which I got, but the degree of tightening was absolutely astonishing! My recovery period was longer than average, but results were well worth waiting for. Did not expect at all that such a short and non-invasive procedure can make such a difference! Thank you Marina and Kathy for all the wonderful job you do!

The nastiest low life you can encounter. This saggy lady Catia is a low life that will curse you out and cancel your appointment whenever she wants. Legal action is to follow.

Disappeared 2 times without informing patients of office closure. Very erratic and unpredictable. Phones disconnected without notifications. Would not recommend at all.
