Dr. Marina Neystat

Dr.Neystat never bothered to respond to any of my messages, and didn't even follow up with me after I ended up in a hospital. She doesn't care about her patients, and I am definitely not coming back to that office.

As a medical professional I am well aware of the pressures staff may encounter during a typical work day. That being said the phone etiquette of the receptionist is poor. "I have another call to answer, sorry I cant take the message, please call back later when he(medical records) comes in." "She is not in this office today call the Brooklyn office." Proper etiquette would be to ask the caller can you hold, I have another call to complete, I will be with you shortly. Unfortunately, this is not my only issue with the office; several calls were made requesting call backs which were either never given to the correct party or not dealt with. Phone etiquette classes are necessary in health care as it seems to be one of the highest categories of patient complaints.

Doctor Neystat spends with you 5 minutes, always in rush or sends PA to see you. She never returns patient call. Office stuff is not pleasant to deal with. if you have other neurologists see them.

Dr. Marina Neystat has been doctor for me and my daughter for several years now. She is care not only for certain problem, but take all aspects to resolve the issue. Staff in office friendly and helpful. Wish to spend less waiting time to see Doctor, but it worth it spend time in waiting room
