Very knowledgeable and efficient doctor. Her staff were extremely courteous and and attentive.

Dr. Demirjian and her staff were very caring and helpful. A very efficiently-run office. I also like being able to make appointments and fill out forms online.

Excellent please, clean, the staff is very polite as Dr marine too. The appointments are made fast and they take care of you at the right time or sometimes even before if someone cancel. I really recommend this place

If I could give negative stars to Dr. Marine Demirjian, I would. Totally unscrupulous!! She took over the allergy practice that we went to in Pasadena for six years. In order to have a simple form filled out for my son's school, she said we needed an expensive exam by one of her doctors. We had just seen another doctor at the practice and she had all of his records, so this was clearly just a ploy to charge for the visit. Okay, I get it. I agreed and my son saw the new doctor. HOWEVER, she never mentioned that she was now not going to take my insurance. Blue Cross PPO. She never notified me of the change in insurance coverage. It wasn't until I received a huge bill/EOB from Blue Cross that I had any idea. I called her office and Lucia was initially very nice and told me "I'm so sorry; we thought we would be covered by Blue Cross. Don't worry, you will only be charged what you were charged by your former doctor." Okay, that sounded fair. Then I call back, two weeks later,… to change my son's appointment for his shots and the same woman has a very different attitude. Very rude she tells me I am responsible for all of the charges because this doctor is not in network. As if the conversation two weeks earlier never happened. I finally found another allergist to see my son, who was in network. However, Dr. Demirjian held my son's records hostage, telling me they would not release the records until I paid the bill. My son needs his allergy shots, so I paid the bill just to get him seen by another doctor. However, no one should be treated like this. It is illegal to refuse to release medical records or tie them to payment of a bill. My complaints start here, but will be moving to the medical board and any other law enforcement agency that will take my complaint. Don't go to this doctor. She is terrible and her staff is just like her.

I suffered from a very bad allergy and unbearable itch , seen 5 specialist in 6 months and she is the one who saved me , no wild can express my gratitude , thank you so much. All of you at the. Office . Leon D.
