Dr. Mario Simon Borlongan

i rated it 1 star not because of the doctor. Dr Borlongan is really very knowledgable and great doctor. Ill bring my kid to him on any given day. it’s just his office staff are very rude and very incompetent. I work on a healthcare field and I know how should a patient be treated. I saw how the staff handled my kid especially on giving injections. very unsafe and doing wrong techniques and that worry me everytime my kid is scheduled for one. Staff easily irritated. you should be considerate enough to understand that we parent is stressfull everytime we bring our to a doctor. you should know how to deal with parents especially on our stressfull days and not add on our stress. If you dont like what you’re doing, might as well look for another job. You are just ruining a Doctor’s very good reputation. I dont think this doctor deserves that. On my last visit was horrible. how can you not accomodate a newborn jaundice and possible high bilirubin????? that’s very unacceptable. you guys are… very unprofessional.

My first time going there was Friday afternoon with my 4 day old son! Doctor was nice and helpful. But his staff was unreal. The girls were completely rude and disrespectful and not only did they treat my son and I like we were crap they also stole $100 out of my diaper bag! Who steals money from a mother with a newborn baby! As I went out of the room to get my son weighed another girl went in the room and stole my money!! Not only that but I paid for my appointment with cash and they wrote me a receipt saying I paid more than what I really paid. I called and talked to the doctor and he said he would get back to me and I have yet to here back! Do not go to this place!!

We are thinking about leaving the doctor but not because of him. He is a very nice doctor, helpful and looks like he knows what he is doing. The problem is his staff. The girls are rude, we never see them smiling, they handle the baby like an object...never say a nice word to us or to the baby. They even pull faces when my baby is crying after getting shots. Their faces say "God...I'm here again....with these stupid people and their stupid kids". Those girls should NOT work with people and especially not with children. I can't even imagine, how Dr Borlongan can work with a staff like that. I can't believe that he can not see what we see....
