Our first appointment with Dr. Mario Dulay exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, it was clear he had taken the time to thoroughly review my mother-in-law's medical history. Instead of spending the appointment repeating information already in her records, we simply filled in the gaps. In all of our years seeing physicians, we've never experienced that level of preparation, and it allowed us to spend our time focusing on what truly mattered.Another challenge we've faced throughout this journey has been the long wait to see specialists. Thankfully, that was not the case with Dr. Dulay. We were able to get an appointment much sooner than we expected, which meant we could begin getting answers and a plan without unnecessary delays.
