Horrible bedside manners. I guess he’s good depending on who is patients are i waited 4 days in the hospital just for him to say “i can’t do anything for you” didn’t examine me or maybe if showed a bit more compassion it would’ve made a huge difference

I am warning all women, PLEASE do not go to Dr. Gross or Kathy Fair! I recently had an endometrial ablation at their Boca office. It should have been a routine procedure. I was given the wrong prescription that I took the night before. Also, I was not given anesthesia as directed by NovaSure. The endometrial lining of my uterus was burned without anesthesia. I can’t describe the pain that I had for approximately 15 hours! I had an immediate fever and vomited within 5 minutes(in the office bathroom) after the procedure due to the intense pain. Dr. Gross never even came back in the room to check on me. I was told he left for lunch. I emailed Kathy’s office telling them I was still in extreme pain. They waited 9 hours to respond. This office is totally inept and negligent.

My first visit and my last... I called ahead to see if they received my records from my previous OBGYN and they said yes. I went to my appointment the next day. The doctor didn’t have it. Then they said I needed to sign a release form. I did that. I’ve called every week for a month and they still haven’t received my records every time I call I had to give them my other OBGYN information again and again. I gave up went to see another Doctor they had my records and I’m very pleased with them.... only have one star Because the office looks lovely...

Dr. Gross was recommended by a friend of mine so I switched to his office. He was very attentive and friendly I felt right at home from the 1st visit. Never long waits at his office either. The day of my labor my placenta wouldn’t detach, he rushed me to emergency surgery and was able to detach my placenta without surgery in the nick of time! He saved my life!! I am forever he has the knowledge and experience that was necessary to save my life and avoid surgery. Dr. Gross in my experience is 10 stars ?? thank you Dr.Gross! ?? I am forever grateful and blessed I was able to be your patient. I highy recommended seeing Dr. Gross to any pregnant women who wants a warm, friendly and knowledgeable doctor who cares about them every step of the way.

Transfer to DR Gross at 24 weeks and currently I'm 34 weeks. My perinatal specialist recommended a c-section between 36-37 weeks and so far not even a possible date was discussed for the procedure. When I reach out about it the nurse over the phone was very rude and condescending. Regret ever going to this practice

Not very good any more

I really liked their office, its nice and clean. However what was a turn off for me is what happen during my first visit. I was told to undress, sit on a chair and doctor will come in soon. So I did, but the doctor didnt come in for the whole hour! And even then I had to get up, cover myself and open the door to remind them that they still had a patient to take care of that they forgot about! During that waiting time I heard doctor laughing and engaging in conversations with the nurses, the women were laughing non stop. It was very unprofessional and annoying. Even though it was my first pre-natal visit, they didnt do any blood work or urine tests. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anybody. Who makes a first time patient wait for an hour?! They abveousely forgot about me and when the doctor finally showed up, he didnt even appologize!

I am glad to see so many really love Dr Gross. I had the pleasure of having him for my doctor for a short period. He performed a procedure on me. He never came back to check on me. He would send his physician assistance. At that time we were in the same building. I was on one side in the surgery area and he was on the other side where the doctors offices were. He couldn't go down stairs, walk to the other side of the building; get on the elevator and go to the second floor to see how I were doing. I was there for a few days. I haven't been a fan of dr gross since because he really don't care about his patients; its the money he cares about.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gross! I moved several years ago to Austin and wish he had moved down here too!! I have tried time and time again to find another doctor around here that is as kind, knowledgeable and professional and I simply cannot find a replacement. Dr. Gross is the BEST doctor you will ever find.
