So many doctors to choose in that field that there’s no reason to pick him.

Choose a different doctors office for your children. This facility / doctors are unavailable. Office staff defers to doctors who are unresponsive, not meeting the mission of the organization, and provide false information. Save yourself frustration. Other Holy Cross offices are run much more effectively!

Office staff has consistently refused to return phone calls, they have misplaced forms, provided incomplete forms my disabled brother needed completed by this incompetent office. They have put my brother's health at risk. I have repeatedly called them and so has our social services representative. Inexcusable unethical behavior. Shame on you Suzanna, Donna and Dr Hernandez. You have caused so much stress for our family at a very difficult time for us trying to care for my disabled brother

I have been going to Dr. Hernandez for Years now. He is amazing...he is not only my doctor, but he is also my husbands doctor and my two kids doctor. He is always there when we need him even after hours. And believe me... we have times when we need him a lot :) But he normally always finds a way to help even if I'm sure I'm bothering him TOO MUCH :). Before I came to him... I was sick for a couple of years and did not know what was wrong with me...my doctor at the time, just said I had anxiety problems and needed to be on medication like Xanax ... so I finally left her and was recommended by someone I knew to see Dr. Hernandez... I am so glad that I did. He believed me when I told him what was happening to me and did not just ASSUME that I was over reacting... he helped me find out what was wrong with me and I DID NOT need medication... For that I am Forever Grateful to him! All of that is behind me now thanks to him... Thank you Dr. Hernandez, I truly believe you are a blessing to… my family :) - RS

Dr Hernandez is excellent with his patients and he is professional and such a caring doctor. He also listens to what our concerns are. He is one of the best doctors at Holy Cross Hospital. I am so lucky to have him as my primary.

Dr. Hernandez treats my entire family from my 3 yr old, my 16 yr old and myself. Dr. Hernandez is very accurate with his diagnosis and always follows up. I trust in him and gives me comfort knowing he has experience.

He is a terrible doctor. He is not professional and if you really need him, he will not be available to help. He is a disgrace to the medical community. When I got really sick, he did not want to treat me. Perhaps because he knows that he is incompetent. He had the nerve to give me a list of general doctors to consult with??? Disturbing! The doctors could not give me an appointment soon enough and I ended up going to the ER. Shame on him!

I think doctor hernandez is a very caring and thoughful doctor.Recommended.
