Dr. Mario Oscar Napoletano

I think this was the worst doctor I’ve ever had in my life. I stopped going because he was so awful. I’m sure he’s knowledgeable but he has absolutely no bedside manner. He is very aggressive with his explanation to the point where it’s insulting, my daughter was in tears one visit because his approach was so insulting. Very belittling and very rude. He should not have been working with patients.

The way that this Dr treated my father was horrendous. My whole family went to his practice until my father became very sick and was treated in a horrible and unethical way by this Dr and his partner.

Takes time talking to patient. Very caring and gets to know patient personally. Compassionate and attentive to patient concerns. Good at seeing whole patient when diagnosing symptoms.

Arrogant and a bad diagnostician.

This doctor is amazing. I have been seeing him for ten years, and I'll continue until he retires.

Dr. Napolitano and his staff always provide our family with outstanding care.

Uncaring and untrustworthy.

24 years after following a different practice and being treated as a guinea pig and made to feel less then worth living, I switched to Gwynedd Family after a friend recommended them... They have truely saved my life in every aspect of the meaning. At first I though Dr. napoletano was a pompous jerk, but after sitting on suggestions he had made I realized he really was only Pressing a point for my own good. From that moment on I have begun to trust in him more and more and my health is begining to come together. I am never made to feel like a PIA and he always explains everything and listens without judgement. I would reccomend to anyone.

I have been a patient of his for at least 10 years and have followed him from the original location through two relocations. There are many doctors much closer, but it is worth the drive to see him. He is knowledgeable and very caring. I have had doctors that ask a question and then cut you off mid-answer because they jump to a conclusion. Dr. Napoletano has never done that. He takes the time to listen to your answers and concerns. The night my husband was brought home from the hospital and had Hospice care, Dr. Napoletano even came to the house to be sure that the nurse had the all of the information she needed and that it was correct. This was after a full day of work, and he even took time to talk to my daughters and me so that we knew what to expect.Wait time may vary, depending on the season--15 minutes is probably about the overall average.
