Dr. Mario Werbin, MD

Excellent first visit with Dr. Werbin from the start the girls in the front were so receptive, the office is clean and safe, then his Nurse Francis was sweet and attentive as we went over my info. Dr. Werbin never made me feel rushed and that’s very important to me as a patient, in fact I think I was the one doing to much talking lol.... We went over all my medical history past and present. Excellent!!

This has to be the worst Doctor’s office I have ever been in contact with. I would not recommend. This doctor is very rude and unprofessional.

I have been a patient for 12 years and Dr Werbin has provided me with excellent health care. He is kind, understanding and will give you the attention needed by listening to your complaints. I feel like he is a part of my family be cause he really shows that he is concerned.

DR. WERBIN HAS CONSISTENTLY PROVIDED EXCELLENT MEDICAL CARE, HE HAS BEEN MY PRIMARY FOR OVER 20 YEARS, AND EVEN IF HE DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE I HAVE PAID THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS NOT ONLY TO TRUST YOUR PHYSICIAN, BUT YOUR PHYSICIAN LISTEN TO YOU. HE DOES ALL OF THAT IN SPADES. DR. WERBIN TAKES THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW HIS PATIENTS. HE WAS MY MOTHER'S AND SON'S PHYSICIAN BEFORE THEY DIED, AND HE EVEN WROTE ME A LETTER WHEN MY SON DIED. NOT MANY LEFT LIKE DR. WERBIN. I ACTUALLY TRUST HIM WITH THE MEDICAL HEALTH!

staff are rude and will lie about when confronted

Great Dr. I only saw him once, but cant go back. Terrible office staff. They made multiple mistakes setting me up for a breast biopsy. Sent me to a place that didn't do the procedure. I had to find a place with help of my insurance co. The prescription was written incorrectly. Waited for a long time and three phones late and my going berserk to get it faxed. Then they sent it written incorrectly again! I cannot trust this office with my life. They are lax and there is no customer service. What a shame. Good Dr. He has horrible people working for him. Not even an apology.

This is a doctor who will actually listen to what you have to say, and cares about what you are going through/what your needs are. It's so rare, and so nice, to get treated like an adult when you go through the medical system. He is kind, knowledgeable and caring. His staff is friendly, fast, and I never have to wait much for anything I need. Follow up is also superb. 4 stars seems inadequate.
