Dr McMillian and his staff are absolutely great and there for you. He is such a highly qualified and intelligent physician. He tells you exactly what your problem is and what you need to do about it. I felt very at ease there and in good hands. I also like the fact that he is noninvasive with his procedures. I highly recommend this doctor to all my family and friends. He is GREAT!!!

Dr. mac was our answer to prayer. My husband saw 2 neurologists, 2 orthopedists, a rheumatologist, pain management, was in the hospital, rehab center and given pills, and more pills. We even visited the Medical College of SC without a resolution to a very painful problem. While doing some research online, I stumbled onto interesting info from Synergy Spine Center. I sent an MRI and they responded quickly. His nurse told me that he doesn't take patients he can't help and he thought he could help in this case. He did! After the procedure and some therapy, he is walking again! We thank GOD everyday for this bit of sunshine in our lives!

Do not waste your time seeing this doctor. He’s condescending and rude. You’re better off anywhere else!!

Dr. MAC maybe misinterpreted by some people. But as an advanced care practitioner myself, I found him to be a very smart man who is treating pain without addictive medications. I would recommend him to anyone who is being ineffectively treatment. He gave me back my life. He is humble, works with God as a co-healer and has a great sense of humor that I believe is a necessary part of successful healing.

Dr. McMillan was the first doctor to actually sit down and review my mri with me. He took a lot of time with me. He was thorough and very knowledgeable.

Do not let him perform surgery! Go elsewhere.

Dr. McMillan spent over an hour with me reviewing my MRI and examining my back. He concluded correctly that I could not escape a major surgery as the majority of my excruciating pain was coming from the S1/L5 joint and sent me on to an excellent surgeon in Atlanta.
