Dr. Marion Arleen Reynolds, MD

I saw this Dr Marion Reynolds for the first time and will absolutely never return to this office again. The wait time was horrendous....I waited for over 2 hours for a overall 5 minutes spent in office and exam room and I was a new patient. This Dr has no bed side manner and no personality. Let, not talk about the staff. And to make matters worse, she was not able to help me with my problem. I'm feel like a fool for waiting over 2 hours, giving my copay and having her bill my insurance for a waste of an office visit. Well I guess...lesson learned.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for approximately ten years. First off, Dr. Reynolds is one of the best OB/GYN doctors I have ever had, and I have had a few in my lifetime. She demonstrates a caring attitude and is completely able to make one feel at ease. Most important, she knows what she is doing. In terms of the non-medical aspect of her medical practice, I must say that there have been times that I have been to Dr. Reynold's office and the staff was superb; then there have been times that I was very disappointed in the staff. The most recent time, her office staff was so-so. Unfortunately, I have noticed that turnover in the medical industry, particularly in a small private medical practice, tends to be high. The important fact is, however, the skills of the physician.Dr. Reynolds is for sure one of the best!

Dr. Reynolds is wonderful; clearly very busy as an OB/GYN and you cannot time a birth. My visits were not pregnancy related. I was a spa/weight loss patient. Once again I will stress Dr. Reynolds is absolutely wonderful and insightful about what she knows. Her staff on the other hand is rude, unprofessional, and to say the least looks horrible.Even to call to reschedule an appointment or ensure something has been received is like pulling teeth. You would think the receptionist or medical assistants would answer the phone and say their name -- NO! So when you ask "whom am I speaking to" (at least to be on a first name basis), you get the name with such an attitude.I would suggest to Dr. Reynold's in the economy in which we live today; to invest in better quality and professional staff especially in the health care industry and there's no excuse their out there.

At the very end of my pregnancy, my baby was a little past the due date. Dr. Reynolds recommended an induction for me, despite there being no signs of stress to my baby. When I requested testing or an ultrasound to see if the baby was in distress, she became irate, and told me that she "is a doctor, and not to question the practice" and if I did indeed question it; to "find another doctor". Dr. Reynolds then hung up the phone. Decide for yourself whether or not to use a physician that treats pregnant patients this way.
