I specialize in treating surgical hand, wrist and forearm conditions, including bone and soft tissue injuries, numbness, tendinitis and arthritis.We use our hands to explore the world around us, and I love seeing patients get back to the hobbies and careers they love.When I sit down with a patient, I want them to feel heard and make sure they understand their surgical and non-surgical options. It’s essential for patients to feel included in the decision-making process and to understand their diagnosis and recovery.I grew up in rural Alaska with limited access to medical care and earned my medical degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. My subsequent training has all been completed in the Northeast. It’s a pleasure to provide specialty care in this underserved area of Northern New York so patients don’t have to travel far to receive high level care.

I waited months for my referral based on my doctors recommendations. I waited 45 minutes in the room only to spend 10 minutes with her so she can wrap up the visit, write her note, and go to lunch. The first thing she said out if her mouth was, “If it’s not really bothering you, why do you want to have a ugly scar, stitches, and wear a splint”. No education or alternatives offered. What a waste of a morning.

She butchers you then tells you to take Two Tylenol’s for pain. I like her to have what I had and see if she’d only take a Tylenol. A doctor takes a oath to do know harm. I wonder she must of got her degree at a McDonald’s store. A dog gets treated better then how she treats a human being. Will let people know about her for sure and the medical boards. People like her shouldn’t be allowed around people especially operating on them. I treated criminals better then she does. She’s in the wrong line of work for sure.

I found her to be condescending.Her attitude to me was rude. She treated me like I was making it up. I walked a good walk. Talked a good talk. Her words. I have never been treated by a doctor the way she treated me. I was so upset.
