The Doctor gave great medical treatment

Regarding all those nasty reviews, I guess it's to each his own...but, I found the staff to be wonderful and the practice to be just what I needed. I have been troubled with arthritis in my knees and see the doc and his staff weekly. I am so comfortable in their office! I RARELY wait long and, when the doctor gets behind in his schedule, his receptionist calls me. Because my injections take a while, I am always scheduled as the last appointment of the day. I understand why he may get slowed down - he is extremely helpful and answers all my questions. Here is how great he and the staff are: on my last visit they shared cookies with me. The cookies were baked for them by a very happy patient. I just think the only folks who take the time to write these reviews are ones that have been dissatisfied. Give the practice a chance, they may seem laid back but I think stuffy professionalism is overrated!

Initially I was sceptical after seeing some other reviews but Dr. Weeks took his time to answer all my concerns and map out treatment plan. The front desk was professional. The wait was a bit long but he doesn't rush you in and out like some doctors offices. My only issues were questions during the initial phone contact which was explained when I arrived at office and being called the day before to reschedule but things do happen. All in all pleased with visit and will continue treatment there.

Aggressively rude staff: staff member called me back regarding an appointment and was literally yelling at me about my injury as I answered the phone. Go somewhere else.

The doctor performed hand surgery on me 4 years ago and I have been in pain for 4 years 24 hrs a day. Found out, the nerves were damaged in my hand. Also, the office lost my X-rays and made attempts to locate the X-rays in a messy unorganized office. Did not suggest taking another X-Ray. Was told by the doctor, would receive Rehab on hand for a couple of months. Had to go to rehab in same location associated with the doctor, almost a year and 5 months. Rehab was too aggressive and made the pain worse. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that need hand surgery.

will never come back, the office was messy, i waited for over a hour for a five minute visit, i saw the receptionist more than i saw the doctor, the office manager is rude and doesn't know how to speak properly to patients, the scheduling aspect of the appt was fine the difficulty was actually being seen was i was there, i arrived on time and was seen a hour later. I was even cohered to come back because he is behind schedule, but I arrived on time and the doctor is running late so i have to come back!!!! like i said i will never come back here and will be informing the Washington Adventist of my visit since now i need a new referral . If you can avoid this office please save yourself the only thing actually functioning right in this place is the lights heat and the receptionist

So I wait for 2 hours for a 5 minute visit, mind you I was there on time, during my visit a hear another person talking loud about my condition with the door open so I ask who he was and he was the office manager some guy named Robert donato, he was loud enough so the other patients could hear everything that was wrong with me then continue to read my xray!!!!! I come to find out later after doing a google search that he has no medical degree, certificate or even a medical class his degree is in mechanical engineering. So I sit and wonder then how does he know what he talkig about, he need to keep his tail in the back of that dirty office and try to avoid further more HIPAA violations, other than than Robert the receptionist was very professional and kept assuring me it wouldn't be too much longer, I would not recommend this office to anyone not even my worst enemy

Staff doesn't act professional; won't return calls or relay messages. Constant appointment screw-ups. Even the website on the doctor's business card doesn't work. Office is dingy. This is just some kind of conveyor belt for Wormen's Comp cases....

I never have the pleasure to even meet Dr Weeks because his staff members are so terrible. First I called and was forwarded to one of the staff members cell phones which made me think I had the wrong number and gave up on them. He called me back and left me a message explaining what happened (I was thankful for this). I then was put on hold and was eventually helped by another staff member who ignored my questions and insisted on getting an xray report from Secure Medical because I had gone there the day before. I was trying to tell her that all I wanted to know is if they have an appointment for the same day but she ignored that and took down all my information and said they would call back. I eventually called them to tell them to delete my information from their system because I had already found an appointment for the next day somewhere else. Also, the website on his business card does not work. All of this made it hard to trust the practice in general.

Dr. Weeks was more than helpful and knowledgeable on all things pertaining to the hand and wrist. He has done countless cyst removals (including mine) successfully. That said, the staff at the front desk, one man in particular, was a pain to deal with.
