Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and seems like 1. They hate their job and 2. They could care less about you or your needs as their patient. On top of this they are very UNORGANIZED and there seems to be NO COMMUNICATION between them or you as a patient. If you ask them to fax something over to your insurance, they won’t.. unless you are on top of them.. and when they finally do fax it, they’ll fax it the wrong way... twice.. then get rude with you because you’re calling no matter how patient and polite you’ve been. If you’ve thought about making an appointment here, DONT. I’ve never seen a doctors office that’s closed on a weekday. There is only ONE doctor and this doctor is very old, doesn’t hear too well, and has narcissistic qualities. It’s actually sad to see her still working. She can be sweet sometimes and rude the others. This is an honest review. This place needs to be shutdown and the doctor needs to retire.

The title says it all, unreal wait times, disgusting office, terrible bedside manner and rude staff.

If I could give zero stars I would, unprofessional staff they don't know when to apply HIPPA laws, and narcissistic Dr Fallorina by far the worse family practice office I have ever experience. Military Tricare holders do not use her as PCM or PCP she would treat you worse than a cockroach. Billing you twice to insurance and yourself.

Unprofessional, very rude staff, I have experienced racism against Hispanic patients. Against Military Tricare insurance. If you care about your health do not go to her office. My personal experience was horrible Dr Fallorina showed some narcissistics qualities. I saw her for my self as well as for my kids, I kept going back thinking My judgement was wrong, hoping it will be better the next time. New front office clerk and CMA very rude unprofessional can't verified insurance coverage, benefits nor check for active medical insurance. Front office Clerk thinks she knows it all, I heard her arguing with another patient over the phone very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to seek medical attention from this medical office. I hope this can help at least one patient.

Dr. Fallorina and her staff struggle to get things right. I have been misdiagnosed twice. Meetings are short and rushed and my concerns and symptoms are constantly ignored by her â??expertiseâ??; which is often times her outdated and bias beliefs. Her staff lack professionalism. Scheduling is difficult and somehow documents are always get lost or misplaced. Simple things like faxing a document or referring a specialist takes days. I would not recommend.

I have never in my life had to deal with such unprofessional staff members at any of my children's PCM doctor office. I've always been polite to everyone at Dr. Fallorina's office even when the staff members were rude to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I mean doctor Fallorina is a sweet doctor but her employers need to be replaced ASAP.

She misdiagnosed my dad's health condition. She has no manners. her staff are IDIOTS. They don't know how to handle important documents; because of their mistakes at work, they caused my dad to pay hundreds of dollars for medications that otherwise could have gotten for free. Bottom line, do not have her as your doctor; she is worthless!!!!
