Called and waited six weeks for a new patient appointment. Received a confirmation text and email the same day. Upon arrival for the appointment, receptionist said I had scheduled via the website and they had left me a voicemail two days later cancelling the appointment. Since their statements were not true and they had refused to answer my request to confirm if they still accept new patients, I declined to reschedule the appointment.
