The don’t return calls. I left several messages and wrote the dates and times. I had to go in person just to get the results of a test that I had done. I got there and they said they don’t call if everything is ok. They just put it in the file. How was I supposed to know if everything is fine?

Don’t know why so many negative comments! She is a very good doctor who genuinely takes the time to listen to you, never feel rushed . Never had a problem with the office relaying results or assisting with questions .

I called from a physician's office to ensure I had the proper address for a patient. Whoever answered the phone did not give their name, rudely and abruptly gave me their address and fax number before hanging up.

I have been with Dr. Parreno for several years. As a physician she is just ok. Her office staff is horrible, they don't return calls, her practice has changed locations and affiliations many times. I'm moving on

Staff and herself were both rude and unprofessional. She was awful. So were they. They are so unorganized. She has a horrible staff and she could care less. She shouldn't practice. I can't believe how awful I was treated.

I've been with Dr Parreno for about 13 Years and am very happy with her. But she has changed Associated groups several times and her staff is pretty bad. The don't return calls and will put you on eternal hold

Office staff rude and uncooperative. has to be trained in proper office procedure.

Dr. Parreno often uses medication refills as a threat. She cares more about her next patient even though you usually wait at least an hour to see her. Her staff needs a refresher course on HIPPA laws - they speak openly in the waiting room about your medications.
