They called 3 times to change appts. The staff is rude and when confronted act like nothing happened. Had emergency ask for nurse call and nada. Went to er instead. Another appt issue. Was very nice. Ask for results. Call or note to be sent to primary to know what next. They said no can do. You judge for yourself.

I am new to Dr. Malbas I was very amazed with how kind and very detailed Dr. Malbas was and took the time to explain what I can work on to help my diabetes I am very thankful I was sent to Dr. Malbas I now know how to manage and care for myself.

She’s a amazing doctor with great bedside manner and follows through.

I began seeing Dr. Malbas in 2108. After 15 years of having the same endocronologist, I decided to change because I was constantly having to change my medication dosage and I just didn't feel well. I didn't think my doctor really cared about my well being. Dr. Malbas was an awesome choice. She talked to me about a number of different things that could be going on with me and gave me options. She is sweet, kind, professional and makes sure to follow up with me. She has even called me from her cell phone after hours to answer a question. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. The office staff is also nice. I haven't ever had any problems with this place and I am so glad I made the switch. My insurance is BCBS.

While Dr Malbas appears kind and professional when you do get to speak with her, her office is more than frustrating. My first round of blood work took 1 month. The second round took 2 weeks, with 3 follow ups from me during that time to receive a response. Then I had an MRI. The MRI facility sent over the results same day, and at 1 week I followed up with the office. The nurse rudely informed me they hadn't received them, and it ultimately was a week and a half lag time (and only that short because I continued to follow up). I then went to the office to receive a 3rd round of bloodwork. They called me on the way to the office to inform me my appointment was booked in error, as they had a meeting that morning. I was able to reschedule to later in the day. It has now been 1.5 weeks since that round of blood work. After several messages into the portal, the nurse informed me they received my results, but the doctor still has to review them. I asked a reasonable timeline in… which I can expect a response. I was told it took them a week to receive the results, and that they hope they can have the doctor review them within the next week. I would highly discourage anyone to visit the Endocrine Associates of Dallas.
