Not a pill pusher. Her goal is to get me off meds when I'm ready. Spends lots of extra time with me to just talk about life and tell stories. She has a dry fantastic sense of humor. She always on time as well.

i saw her from 4th grade till junior year of high school.my mom was also seeing her at the same time. all she did was over medicate without any actual counseling. my mother was doing well before she started seeing her. moms mental health quickly deteriorated and she was on so much medication she completely turned into a different person....for life..shes not the person she was before seeing this monster. mother is now a life long addict of these medications and literally no longer recognizable as the person she once was. Dr. ardon is the farthest thing from professional,, she is a fake scam with a strong manipulative personality. she was also verbally abusive and also since my mother was seeing her, she was taking sides and bringing up my mothers session content with a bias opinion. i was on so many ssri's/ antidepressants that caused me to have horrible side affects. she was also pushing to be on research medication and manipulating my mother to go along with the treatments without… even ever taking my mental health,personal well being,or my input on what i was feeling or needing. i would give no stars but it doesn't give you the option. i can tell you getting on and off ssri medication and switching from medication to medication will cause anyone to suffer so terribly you will never be the same. my trust in these "doctors" is forever broken due to my experiences with this phony evil joke.please , please find someone else if you are seeking real help,do not let this monster ruin your life like she did to my family.

I would never take my child to her. She diagnosed my child with some bipolar mood disorder at age 13, put her on tons of medications for that and years later we found out she was suffering from PTSD from sexual abuse from someone in the neighborhood. She also only seemed to care about her fees and not my child's welfare.

How can you diagnose ADD and prescribe Adderall after one, initial visit. Then try to bill the insurance company > twice the amount of the quoted service rate and submit the information incorrectly..??? Stay clear!

I am a professional woman who has had many experiences with various doctors, most of them good. Dr. Ardon was a disappointment. She lied to me about a medication--saying it could be split when its maker explicitly said it couldn't because of the different balls of different ingredients in the capsule--in order to get out of calling my insurance. I found out from my pharmacy that she was "nasty" with them. Finally, she made me feel terrible about my myself instead of giving me reasonable hope that I can get better--that's something no other doctor has done.
