Dr. Mark Peter Andreozzi, MD

Dr. Andreozzi listened to the history of my ailment, tested and examined my ear, explained my condition, safely unclogged my ear, found an infection and took the time needed to solve my condition. I would highly recommend this doctor. I left very relieved.

Dr. Andreozzi is the best. I went to Boston specialists and the problem I had continued. Dr. Andreozzi took care of it and he didn’t need me to have a barrage of tests. That was trip number one. Yesterday I saw him for a crunching sound in my ears. I’d been told I was grinding my teeth but had no other symptoms. I even got a mouth guard. Yesterday Dr. Andreozzi got some wax out of my ear. Done! Months of waking to the worst noises in my ear GONE! I would not see another doctor. And to top it off he is the nicest guy and takes his time. Today it’s had to find a competent doctor that actually cares!

I saw Dr. Andreozzi for a chronic cough I suffered with for 2 years. The wait was reasonable and his demeanor was warm, friendly and extremely professional. He listened intently and without interrupting. After asking me many related questions he said, "I have a really good idea of what is likely causing your cough but just in case it's not that, I have several other avenues we could explore if necessary." His thoroughness was amazing and made me confident that, one way or another, he would find a cure for my ailment. He clearly explained them all. In the end his first diagnosis was correct. Lisinopril, taken for blood pressure, was the culprit. A simple medication switch TOTALLY eradicated the cough!!!! I was ecstatic that such a simple change could end the relentless hacking that plagued me for so long. He informed my GP & I left with paperwork that clearly documented everything we had discussed. Dr. Andreozzi is a most impressive, caring physician that I fully recommend!!

I am soooo glad that finely found In RI amazing doctor with great Expertise, knowledge, experience But the most important with ability to explain the patient very patiently all the details about the Concerns I have with my post surgery ear condition I wish all the doctors will take that Approach for care, treatments and Even holistic suggestions!

I have never in my life experienced such difficulties getting an appt. My PCP sent two referrals and a phone call. I called myself left messages. Just received a call from my PCP to make another call with again no answer. I have asked to be referred to someone else. I do hope these Drs look at these reviews. This is your reputation. I'm so disgusted.

Dr. Andreozzi and the entire staff are the most qualified and caring team I have ever met. After being sick for months and not very confident with my ENT doctor, I decided to get a second opinion and it was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Andreozzi spent time talking with me about my symptoms, and it is obvious that he cares about his patient's. The entire staff are a very dedicated, kind and extremely helpful. I spoke with Jennifer several times and she was always very helpful. I had surgery 2 days ago at the ENT Center, which is immaculate, efficient, and the staff is great. After months of being sick I am actually feeling better thanks to this wonderful group of people.

I am supposed to be scheduled to have tubes put in my ears and I can't get her to return my phone calls. I'm so frustrated, I wish I had gone elsewhere .... and I still may!

I wish I could give more than one star. Dr A is a good doc. Needs to fire Jen! She lies and thinks she is a doctor herself! She has superiority complex and will cost the practice some patients. Why is it that other comments state the office staff and Jen are awful, yet the supervisors and doctors keep these people on staff? Jen needs Dale Carnegie in the worst way!! Dr A or office manager, if you read these comments these are patients true experiences and you aren’t listening. There are hundreds of available applicants who can fill Jens position and do it 100 times better! Please look for and get a new surgical coordinator and fire the other staff that you’ve been told are horrible to your patienst. Your current and future patients thank you

Dr. Andreozzi has great compassion, explains your test results to you, takes the time to answer your questions. I wish all doctors were like him.

The doctor was fantastic, but the office staff was horrible. They lied to me twice, was very rude, and had no compassion whatsoever. I went to a different ENT for my sinus surgery. Because of the staff, he lost a client. Will never go back until the staff is replaced.
