Misdiagnosed Mom and treated her for the wrong thing. Medications prescribed actually caused more problems. Stay away from this so-called doctor. She shouldn't have a license to practice and other doctors don't even know how she is still in practice. No wait time...didn't see any other patients at visits. That speaks volumes.

Wise People say that first impressions when you meet a person for the first time can make a good or bad impact. Especially if you are a patient of a doctor that is supposed to help with what you are there to see the doctor for. I now regret to have made an appointment with Dr. Macmillan after our first session. The second she entered the room, her demeanor and personality was certainly not the best and greatest for a person and even for a doctor. She looked at me like I was a piece of garbage and her first question she asked me before starting had to do with where the origin of my last name is. She asked me about my life, if I am married?, Why I am not working? How do I support myself? Even though I tell people that I continue on searching for work, they still would not know how it is to be in my shoes. I then explained to her why I was there to see her but as I explained my issue, she did not believe or even understand my issue of my inflammed tonsils in my throat and that it blocks… the passage in the back. She then proceeded to check for herself of my nose first and then my ear before beng disgusted of my psoriasis which is covered almost on most of my body. She aggressively told me I had better make an appointment with a dermatologist and lastly checked my throat for two seconds and diagnosed me with what I already knew. I told her that I went to see two different regular doctors for my issue and they prescribed me medication that did not work. She then asked me if other doctors or other people mention that I am obese to me and even though I wanted to be sarcastic, I sadly gave in to her stupidity and said yes. I already know the risks of going through any operation if you are obese but she has to do what her job tells her to do, she has to warn me of what could happen. I would not recommend to see her but if you like being treated like garbage, be my guest.

Bedside manner is more of a "0" And is completely unprofessional.

Misdiagnosed and that almost put me in the hospital, she can not accurately read an allergy test and I spent the last year thinking I was extremely allergic to things that I had only had a mild reaction to on the allergy test and a steroid nose spray from my new ENT has now completely helped me, and she had me scheduled for a surgery I did not even need!!! Scary!! It's too bad because she is a very nice woman but obviously has not had the proper training or has not kept up with changes in the medical practice over time. She did not even use a proper scope to determine I needed surgery, my new ENT within 2 minutes determined my symptoms could be alleviated simply with a nose spray. Unbelievable.

Overall the office is great. When it came to the surgery i was not thrilled. She spent about 1 minute with me prior to the surgery and did NOT come and see me in recovery. I developed complications the following day in which she was extremly rude to my husband. Overall i would not recommend her.

This Dr charges 25 dollars to fill out FMLA and still hasnt done, isnt prompt on TDI papers, had to find new Dr. and that Dr. even shook his head. You should have seen one of my procedures, what a tobakil. (if thats how u spell it) Now im gonna be 2 weeks b4 I see my TDI check. At least now I know what my diagnoses is.

Friendly staff, Dr.MacMillan is very warm and helpful. Facilities and equipment kind of dodgy.
