Dr. Martin Robert Papazian, MD

He missed what was wrong with me both times I went to see him. He ordered expensive tests and did a painful endoscopy and missed a simple issue. He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about with my own body. If I hadn't had an emergency appointment with another ENT I still would be suffering.

I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery with Dr Martin Papazian almost 10 years ago and still suffering to this day as it just gets worse from him reducing my turbinates too much. I know have empty nose syndrome... excessive dryness, chronic sinus infections, crusting in the nose, bleeding, headaches, and the feeling of not getting enough air intake. I have been to several other ENT's including one in Boston. The money I have spent trying to relieve my symptoms due to his mistake. On top of all these issues, he was rude because I kept going in after the surgery with Infections including MERCER that another doctor in the same practice discovered after finally culturing me. Please do yourself a favor and find another ENT now I have to live with this for the rest of my life!!!

I have never been so disappointed or embarrassed by the lack of professionalism or common courtesy. Dr Papasian is very nice and knowledgeable but the staff are rude, disrespectful and are not thorough in their jobs. When I called to make an appointment they told me I only needed my insurance card and my ID. I asked if I needed anything else with my insurance I was told no. When I got there they would not see me without a referral. My pcp was closed and I couldn’t get it sent over. I offered to sign a responsibility notice stating I would be responsible in case the visit was not covered. The billing manager was so rude to me and blamed me for the error stating I should know what I need or do not need. It’s not their job. I told her I took time out of work for this appointment and had to get someone to also bring me there that day. She said that’s not my problem. So rude and unprofessional. Never apologized for the misunderstanding and could have been polite. She yelled at me in front… of all of the office staff and other patients. Unfortunately I will make sure my entire family (all 4 of us) will never return. These doctors need to get people working for them who are professional and courteous. This is a huge negative for this practice.

Dr Papazian is wonderful. Always on time.
