Unfortunately Dr.Balas has passed away. He was a wonderful person and talented surgeon.

Mark took care of my Trigger Finger issue. I was very pleased with his bedside manner and the follow-up from his office. I would highly recommend him without any reservation. He does great work.

My displeasure with this practice centers around the fact Dr Balas refuses to refer any of his patients for a second opinion. I am of the opinion whenever a surgery that may me life altering a second opinion is warranted. I have over 40 years in the medical profession and patients are encouraged to seek out or be referred to another physician for a second opinion. Dr Balas is a very pleasant individual and his surgical expertise is very good, but there should be the referral for another opinion if requested by patient.

He's the best surgeon that I will let him cut on me. Every surgery I had was great. I need to see him again, for a Dr. That messed up my hand and it's not corrected. I think Dr mark balas can fix it.

Dr. Balas was outstanding. I destroyed tibia plateau and was told by many other doctors that I would never ski again. Well it has been ten months and I am skiing again. Dr. Balas was great. As he would say he is an artist with repairing knees. I have complete confidence in him and trust what every he says. He told me that I had a career ending injury but I would ski next season. And I am. I couldn't be happier. The only down side is that I am just as lousy a skier as I was before the injury.

Dr. Balas has repaired several unusual injuries in my arm and has allowed me to continue working in the profession I love! Thank you!

I would recommend Dr. Balas to all my family and friends. I had a total knee replacement and found Dr. Balas to be genuinly feeling and caring. He is a wonderful doctor and his right hand nurse is just as nice as he is. My only complaint was the waiting time for my office visit. Other than that, he is the greatest!!!
